In an extraordinary demonstration of community spirit and generosity, the second annual Champions for Children campaign shattered expectations by raising a monumental $250,000 in support of Safe Harbor Center. This achievement, led by returning campaign chairs Elizabeth Piazza, Bentley Kaufman and Kate Dart, represents the largest fundraising event in the organization's 33-year history.

GIDA & CCGA Open New Collab Space in Historic Leotis Building

The Golden Isles Development Authority (GIDA) and College of Coastal Georgia's Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship are thrilled to announce a significant step forward in local entrepreneurship development. GIDA moved into a new, dynamic space designed to enhance collaboration, innovation, and accessibility for our community. Located at 211 Gloucester Street in Port City Partners' Leotis Building, GIDA and the Lucas Center's new office has enough space to accommodate the activities of  their business operations.

Port City Lofts at Leotis: Excellence in Rehabilitation Award-Winner

Port City Lofts at Leotis was awarded  the 2020 Excellence in Rehabilitation Award by The Georgia Historic Trust for Preservation.  This prestigious award recognizes projects that make compatible use of a building through repair, alterations or additions while preserving features of the property that convey its historic value.
