My Story
Brad graduated with honors from Felician College with a Bachelor’s in History. He completed his graduate coursework at NYU Schack’s Institute of Real Estate and received certificates in programs that include Real Estate Finance as well as Investment and Global Real Estate. Brad is a past recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Gold Award and Top 5 Award for Total GCI for Berkshire Hathaway New Jersey Properties, having closed the largest commercial transaction in the company’s history in 2016.
Prior to founding the firm and moving to Coastal Georgia with his wife, Elizabeth, and family, Brad’s primary focus was facilitating and expediting in the greater NYC area while investing and developing properties in the region. Brad’s expertise in the field draws on years of engaged conversations with philanthropic entrepreneurs. Some of his most impressionable experiences were developed during global travel and transactions, particularly in the country of Poland, where his grandfather had strong connections and supported many philanthropic causes throughout his life and career.
Brad serves as a Young Ambassador for the St. Simons Island Land Trust, focusing his energy on sustainable development. Brad also serves as a passionate patron of the arts and an advocate for education as an active participant of the Brunswick Mural Project. Having been involved early on in meetings resulting from the Renaissance Strategic Vision and Plan, Brad currently serves as an active member of Forward Brunswick and a founding board member for New City Brunswick.
